The Australian Geomechanics Society ran a competition to design a logo for an upcoming conference.  The conference included international attendees and therefor needed to be uniquely Australian, friendly and inviting and ultimately visually pleasing. Our final design, which won the competition features our national greeting of “G’Day”featured in a typographic mock up in the national colours of green and gold.
